Tapiirin haalarimerkkien suunnittelukilpailun säännöt
Kelpoisuusvaatimukset
1. Kilpailu on avoinna kaikille läsnäoleville Oulun yliopiston ja OAMK:in opiskelijoille.
2. Osallistujien pitää olla vähintään 18-vuotiaita.
Osallistumisehdot
3. Osallistujat voivat lähettää enintään kolme (3) kuvaehdotusta kisaan.
4. Ehdotusten täytyy olla alkuperäisiä, eivätkä ne saa loukata tekijänoikeuksia.
5. Ehdotukset pitää lähettää digitaalisesti ja niissä täytyy olla tarkka resoluutio.
6. Mitään loukkaavaa sisältöä ei sallita merkeissä.
Kisan aikataulu
7. Osallistumisaika alkaa tämän julkaisun julkaisemisesta ja päättyy 6. lokakuuta.
8. Myöhästyneitä osallistumisia ei lasketa.
Valintaprosessi
9. Kun osallistumisaika on päättynyt Tapiirin hallitus käy kaikki ehdotukset läpi.
10. Hallitus valitsee parhaat merkit luovuuden, alkuperäisyyden, huumorin ja estetiikan perusteella. Parhaat merkit julkaistaan Tapiirin somessa, jossa voittajat äänestetään.
Äänestys
11. Äänestys on kaikille avoin ja se pidetään Tapiirin somekanavilla.
12. Kaikilla on käytössään vain yksi ääni.
13. Äänestys on auki viikon ja siitä tiedotetaan osallistumisajan sulkeuduttua.
Palkinnot
14. Kolme eniten ääntä saanutta merkkiä voittaa.
15. Kaikkien voittajien ehdotuksista painatetaan merkki Tapiirille myytäväksi.
16. Voittajat saavat kaksi (2) merkkiä, yhden (1) omansa ja toisen valintansa mukaan.
17. Voittajamerkit tulevat myyntiin Tapiirille.
Tekijänoikeudet
18. Osallistumalla kilpailuun henkilö hyväksyy, että Tapiiri voi painattaa ja myydä hänen suunnittelemaansa merkkiä rajattomasti myös tulevaisuudessa.
19. Osallistujilla on edelleen oikeudet käyttää ja tehdä designeillaan mitä tahtovat.
Yleiset säännöt
20. Tapiirilla on oikeus hylätä merkit, jotka rikkovat hyvää makua tai muita kilpailun sääntöjä.
21. Tapiirin päätökset kisan ja voittajien suhteen ovat sitovat.
22. Tapiiri pidättää oikeuden tehdä muutoksia sääntöihin tai kisan aikatauluun.

Tapiiri Patch Design Competition Rules
Eligibility:
1. The Tapiiri Patch Design Competition is open to all students currently enrolled in University of Oulu or OAMK.
2. Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to participate.
Submission Guidelines:
3. Participants can submit a maximum of three (3) patch design for the competition.
4. All patch designs must be original and should not infringe upon any copyrights or trademarks.
5. Designs should be submitted in a digital format (JPEG, PNG, or PDF) and should be high-resolution.
6. Submissions should not contain any offensive content.
Competition Timeline:
7. The submission period for the competition starts on the date of this announcement and ends on October 6, 2023.
8. Late submissions will not be accepted.
Selection Process:
9. Once the submission deadline has passed, all eligible designs will be reviewed by a panel of judges appointed by Tapiiri Ry.
10. The panel will select the top designs based on creativity, originality, humour and aesthetics. These top designs will be posted on Tapiiri Ry’s official social media channels, where the community will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite designs.
Community Voting:
11. Voting will be open to the public and will take place on Tapiiri Ry’s social media platforms.
12. Each person may vote for their favourite design only once.
13. Voting will be open for a period of one week, starting on a date to be announced after the submission deadline.
Prizes:
14. The top three designs with the highest number of community votes will be declared the winners of the competition.
15. Each of the three winners will have their design produced into an official haalarimerkki by Tapiiri.
16. Winners will receive two (2) patches, one (1) of their winning design and one (1) other patch of their choice.
17. Winning designs will be available for sale through Tapiiri’s official channels, with proceeds supporting the organisation’s activities.
Intellectual Property:
18. By submitting a design to this competition, participants grant Tapiiri Ry a non-exclusive right to produce, distribute, and sell patches with their winning design.
19. Participants retain the right to use their designs for personal and commercial purposes.
General Rules:
20. Tapiiri reserves the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with these rules or that violates any applicable laws.
21. Tapiiri ry’s decisions regarding the competition, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
22. Tapiiri ry reserves the right to make changes to these rules or the competition timeline if necessary, and any changes will be communicated to participants.
